The University of Malaya is a comprehensive world-renowned university with both arts and medicine. It is one of the largest and most famous universities in Malaysia and the oldest institution of higher education in Malaysia. Its predecessor was King Edward VII founded in 1905 and Raffles founded in 1929.

King Edward VII College mainly trains medical talents, while Raffles College trains educational talents.
