Universities can change their majors.

1, allowing to change the professional conditions.

(1) Students do have expertise, and I apply for it. After being recommended by my department (major) and confirmed by the examination of the transferred department (major), the transferred department (major) can give full play to its expertise;

(2) Those who need to be transferred to other colleges and universities are recommended by the transfer school, and those who can better play their expertise in the transfer school are confirmed by examination.

2. Not under professional conditions.

(1) freshmen who have been enrolled for less than one semester;

(2) transferring from ordinary universities to key universities;

(3) those who are promoted to undergraduate courses;

(4) Above the third year of undergraduate course or above the second year of junior college;

(5) Normal colleges (except those that the school thinks are not suitable for learning teachers) are transferred to other colleges.

Provisions on the administration of students in colleges and universities

General rules:

Article 1 These Provisions are formulated in accordance with the Education Law, the Higher Education Law and other relevant laws and regulations in order to maintain the normal order of education, teaching and life in institutions of higher learning, safeguard students' physical and mental health and promote students' all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique and aesthetics.

Article 2 These Provisions shall apply to the management of graduate students and undergraduate and junior college (higher vocational) students who receive ordinary higher education by ordinary institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutions (hereinafter referred to as institutions of higher learning or schools).
