China Geo University was founded in 1952, formerly known as Beijing Institute of Geology, and was formed by the merger of Geology and Engineering Departments of Peking University, Tsinghua University, Tianjin University and Tangshan Railway Institute. 1975 moved to Wuhan as a whole and was renamed Wuhan Institute of Geology. 1987, the State Education Commission approved the renaming of Wuhan Institute of Geology as China University of Geology, with its headquarters in Wuhan and Beijing. In March 2005, the university headquarters was abolished and Wuhan and Beijing became independent schools. ?
2. Youshi University in China
The school was founded in 1953, identified as a national key university in 1960, and renamed as Petroleum University in 1988, gradually forming a pattern of running schools in Shandong and Beijing. In June 2005, the school was renamed China Shiyou University.
