Zhicheng College of Fuzhou University has no junior college. Zhicheng College of Fuzhou University, located in Yishan Campus of Fuzhou University in Fujian Province, was approved by the Ministry of Education. In July 2003, Fuzhou University, a key university jointly established by the national "2 1 1 Project" and the Fujian Provincial People's Government and the Ministry of Education, was established and operated according to the new mechanism and mode.

The college has 15 departments and 42 undergraduate majors, covering leading industries, strategic emerging industries and traditional industries in Fujian Province, and has developed into an institution of higher learning with coordinated development of economics, management and art. The number of students in the school is about 1 1000.
