Analysis and Countermeasures of College Students' Part-time Jobs
In order to relieve economic pressure, maintain economic independence, exercise themselves and make themselves grow better, many college students have taken part-time jobs. Generally speaking, college students' part-time job intentions are more and more diversified, and they are no longer limited to one kind. Of course, due to the increasing employment pressure, more students hope to understand and explore the society through part-time jobs and prepare for future work.

However, from the point of view of homework, the technical content of college students' part-time jobs is low, and the tutors are mostly primary school students or junior high school students. The homework they are engaged in simply repeats the common sense they have learned in the past, which is of little help to the professional progress of the university itself.

In order to make college students' part-time jobs develop reasonably, orderly and healthily, as college students, we should do the following:

1. Establish correct values

Due to the lack of social experience, college students are more vulnerable to the erosion of bad atmosphere during part-time work, which leads to the change of values. Therefore, we should establish correct values and give full play to the educational function of advanced campus culture in colleges and universities.

2. Improve discrimination ability

Many college students are deceived and frustrated in part-time jobs because of their lack of social experience and knowledge. Everyone should establish a correct concept of learning and make it clear that learning professional knowledge well is the main task of college students during their school days. At the same time, treat part-time jobs correctly so that they can establish their own part-time goals according to social needs, personal hobbies and majors.
