Chapter I General Provisions

Article 3 The inspection work shall adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts, being objective and fair, having both ability and political integrity, putting morality first, following the standards of good cadres in the new period, and following the correct orientation of paying attention to actual performance, being recognized by the masses and highlighting ability. The inspection results shall be comprehensive, objective, true and accurate.

Chapter II Research Organization and Implementation.

Article 4 The municipal competent department of civil servants shall be responsible for the management, guidance and supervision of the city's civil servant recruitment inspection; All districts and counties (autonomous counties) (hereinafter referred to as districts and counties) shall be organized by the competent department of civil servants or the municipal authorities; The recruitment agency is responsible for the implementation of the recruitment inspection of civil servants in this unit.

Article 10 Persons who are firm in political thinking, good in moral quality, strong in ability and quality, excellent in study and work performance, honest and self-disciplined, exemplary in observing discipline and law, and matched with the positions they apply for should be classified as qualified and determined as candidates to be employed.

Eleventh in any of the following circumstances, it shall not be determined as a candidate to be hired:

(1) Not qualified, including:

1. Having received criminal punishment for committing a crime;

2. Being expelled from public office;

9. Revealing state secrets or work secrets;

10. damaging the honor and interests of the state in foreign exchanges, participating in or supporting pornography, drug abuse, gambling, superstition and other activities;

(3) Having violated laws and regulations, including:

Article 5 When organizing inspections, inspection teams shall be set up, and each inspection team shall be composed of two or more staff members. Members of the investigation team shall meet the following qualifications:

(a) high ideological and political quality, adhere to principles, fair and upright, strong sense of responsibility;

(two) familiar with the recruitment policy and inspection process;

(3) Having certain inspection work experience and knowing the nature of the positions applied for.

Article 12 Inspection procedures:

(4) Check and implement. Fifteenth inspection period is generally 30 working days, counting from the day after the recruitment agency notifies the candidates to pass the medical examination. If there are a large number of recruits and a large amount of investigation work, and there are other special circumstances that cannot be completed within the specified time, it may be appropriately extended with the approval of the municipal competent department of civil servants, but it shall not exceed 15 working days.

Article 16 After the inspection, the recruitment agency shall determine the inspection conclusion within the inspection period, and inform the inspection object within 10 working days after the inspection expires.

If the investigation is under way because of suspected violation of law and discipline, or the judicial review procedure has not yet ended, the conclusion of the investigation may be suspended. If the above investigation or judicial procedure is not completed within 90 days from the date of suspension of the investigation conclusion, the employment procedure shall generally be terminated. When necessary, it may be extended for 30 days with the approval of the municipal competent department of civil servants.

Article 17 If the interviewee disagrees with the conclusion of the investigation, he may apply to the recruitment agency in writing to review the conclusion of the investigation within 10 working days from the date of receiving the notice. Each recruitment agency shall make an audit conclusion within 10 working days from the date of receiving the written application, and this conclusion is final.

Chapter VI Disciplinary Investigation
