On 20 19, Nanjing Normal University and the University of Delaware in the United States started the Sino-foreign joint education of master students majoring in subject English. It is planned to enroll 30 students. Hunan Normal University is a national "2 1 1 project" key construction university, a national "double-class" construction university, a world-class discipline construction discipline for foreign literature, and the University of Delaware is an American "public Ivy League" prestigious school.

The educational system of this project is two years, and it is cultivated according to the mode of "1+ 1". In the first and fourth semesters, American professional core courses were introduced in China and taught by famous foreign teachers. Study abroad in the second and third semesters.

After completing the relevant studies, the students obtained a master's degree in education, awarded a master's degree in education to Hunan Normal University and a master's degree in teaching English as a second language to Delaware University.

Project cost:

The domestic tuition is expected to be 70,000 RMB per academic year, the foreign tuition and miscellaneous fees are about 30,000 US dollars, and the living expenses abroad are about 20,000 US dollars.

Adjustment requirements:

The adjustment major is the same as or similar to the first volunteer major and should be in the same subject category. The subjects of initial examination are the same or similar to those of changing majors, and the subjects of national unified proposition for initial examination should be the same as those of changing majors (English I and English II in national unified proposition subjects can be regarded as the same).
