Xi Anyou University Profile:
Xi Youshi University is the only multi-disciplinary university in northwest China jointly established by Shaanxi Provincial People's Government and the three major national oil companies. The school is a national "14 th Five-Year Plan" construction university, a "double-class" training university in Shaanxi Province and a high-level university construction university. It is an independent enrollment institution for international students studying in China with China government scholarships.
The school was established in 195 1, and is affiliated to the Central Ministry of Fuel Industry. 1958 upgraded to Xi 'an Petroleum Institute. 1969, the college was closed and the factory was changed. 1980, Xi petroleum institute resumed its school, which belongs to the Ministry of petroleum industry.
In 2000, it was transferred from China Petroleum and Natural Gas Group Company to the central and local governments, and was mainly managed by Shaanxi Provincial People's Government. In 2003, the school was renamed Xi Youshi University. 20 18 was selected as a "double first-class" discipline construction university in Shaanxi province. In 2022, he was selected as the national "14 th Five-Year Plan to Promote Education Power" to build a university.
The school's disciplines are distinctive and the disciplines are relatively complete. There is a complete talent training system for undergraduate, master and doctoral students.

Among them, "Oil and Gas Engineering Field" won the honorary title of "National Master of Engineering Education Characteristic Engineering Field" and is a postdoctoral innovation base in Shaanxi Province.
The school has an oil and gas engineering Post-Doctoral Research Center. The school has the qualification of "recommending excellent fresh graduates to attend master's graduate school without examination".
