On the other hand, I don't pay much attention to the history of the Party and some basic theories of party constitution. Although the teacher asked me to read the literature related to the * * * production party, I didn't do it well for a long time. First of all, I'm not interested in it. Secondly, I really didn't arrange reasonable time to supplement this knowledge because of the allocation of time. 1, political ideology is not strong enough.

He is not good at arming his mind with Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory. He didn't cultivate himself to observe and analyze problems from a political point of view. Although I often study Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory at ordinary times, I don't pay much attention to them ideologically, the purpose of study is not clear enough, and I lack thinking when I study. He only understood Mao Zedong Thought literally, but didn't realize the essence of his thought. 2. The concept of purpose is not strong enough.
As an academic committee member, you can't always keep a warm attitude towards your classmates, especially when you are nervous about your study, and you have the idea of "nothing to do with yourself, but hang high", so that the consciousness of serving your classmates has faded, and you haven't really achieved what the masses think and what the masses are anxious about. 3, professional knowledge is not enough to learn.
Not active in learning, only satisfied with the tasks assigned by the tutor. I am not good at thinking and thinking when I encounter problems in my study. I often wait for instructions from my tutor or superiors and speak step by step. Lack of attention to the mastery of professional knowledge and serious spirit. I think some of my existing professional knowledge can adapt to the present study and research. When you encounter complicated things in your work, you will have a procrastination mentality. If I can't do it today, I'll wait until tomorrow. I take an evasive approach to the problem, thinking that "when we cross the bridge, we will cross it", not trying to find a solution ourselves, but waiting for a solution to appear on our own. Although I feel the potential pressure and urgency, I lack confidence. I don't deeply understand the decisive role of professional level in work efficiency and quality. There is no complete plan to learn professional knowledge, so I am blind in my study. On the other hand, there is a lack of innovative spirit. I am very obedient to the traditional learning mode and don't try to innovate. I'm not bold enough to be afraid of failure.
4. Students' work style is not solid enough.
After working for a long time, nothing new will appear, and there will be a feeling of boredom. Sometimes I have an attitude of dealing with things, but I don't keep my feet on the ground. I always want to find shortcuts at work. It's best not to spend too much energy on getting things done. Sometimes you don't have to do anything except what you have to do, so as not to get into trouble. It is relatively simple to do things only superficially, whether there is innovative spirit, not solid work style, not deep enough analysis of problems and not deep enough thinking. Sometimes, work is regarded as a burden, but the perfection of working methods does not bring motivation to your work.
