China's Constitution clearly stipulates the leading position of China's * * * production party in China's political life and economic construction. In order to give full play to the role of the Party's grass-roots organizations and party member in the company's development and economic construction, the Company Law further clarifies the activities of the Party's grass-roots organizations in the company according to the principles stipulated in the Constitution.

This provision includes two meanings:

One is to establish a party organization and carry out party activities in the company, which should comply with the provisions of the Articles of Association of China. According to the regulations of Constitution of the Communist Party of China, enterprises, rural areas, government agencies, schools, research institutes, streets, PLA companies and other grass-roots units, where there are more than three official party member, should establish the party's grass-roots organizations. A company is an enterprise. If the company has more than three official party member, a grass-roots party organization should be established. The Party's grass-roots organizations shall carry out activities in accordance with the provisions of party constitution.

Second, the company should provide support for the activities of the party organization of the company, such as providing necessary venues for activities.
