What should freshmen do if they can't adapt to college life?
If you find yourself unable to adapt to college life, first of all, it is clear that this feeling is normal. Many freshmen have experienced similar confusion and maladjustment. Here are some suggestions to help you adapt to college life:

1. Seek support and help: communicate with classmates, seniors, counselors or psychological counselors to share your troubles and feelings. They can give you advice and support.

2. Participating in campus activities: Participating in clubs, clubs or volunteer activities organized by the school, making new friends, and expanding the circle of friends will help to integrate into university life.

3. Study time management: plan time reasonably, arrange study and extracurricular activities, and avoid excessive pressure or idleness.

4. Find a study partner: Studying with classmates can encourage and support each other and solve learning difficulties together.

5. Explore hobbies: Take part in some activities or courses that interest you, develop your hobbies, and enhance your enthusiasm and expectation for college life.

The most important thing is to give yourself some time to adapt to the new environment. Even though there may be setbacks and discomforts in difficult times, I believe I will gradually adapt myself and find a way that suits me.
