How do college students spend their day?
Are you still confused about your college life?

Have you found a rhythm suitable for your college life?

Let me tell you how I spent my day in college!

First, make a list of plans.

In fact, it is not only a university, but also a good habit of self-discipline at any stage of life. I think making a list of plans is the most suitable self-discipline method for me. Prepare a notebook before going to bed at night and write down what you need to do the next day ~ it is best to be accurate to the time and the amount of tasks should be quantified.

It's really a sense of accomplishment to finish all the to-do items within the specified time!

Second, efficient learning.

I should know how to arrange my study time reasonably. I usually study 1 hour and rest for 5- 10min. It is best not to play mobile phones or games during breaks. It's easy to control the time badly, and you can't relax your brain and eyes. Go out for a few laps to exercise muscles and relieve fatigue; Or look at the distance.

Third, keep exercising.

A month's "holiday", did you insist on exercising? It's time to start managing your body. Sedentary study during the day, be sure to exercise after dinner! At least 15-20 minutes of exercise every day. After supper, I will go for a walk or run in the playground. If I want to stay in the dormitory, I suggest doing sports with Mimi. I usually do 10 minutes of HIIT exercise on Saturdays. I really don't have time to exercise, so I must remember to do stretching exercises before going to bed ~

Fourth, read every day

Don't always use it to brush your mobile phone before going to bed. Spend at least half an hour reading, whether it is a professional book or a casual book. Reading is a spiritual journey, and long-term accumulation will certainly yield something. After a busy day, reading will really calm yourself down and slowly experience every minute of life.

Five, a reasonable diet

Studying hard every day is stressful. Only by enjoying three meals well can I be happy. Every meal should be balanced in nutrition, eat more vegetables and protein, and replace refined carbon and carbon with coarse grains. At least two kinds of fruits a day, eat less snacks, snacks I will choose low-calorie snacks, or some nutritious nuts. Try not to eat midnight snack.

Remember to drink more water every day, drink more water, drink more water!

Sixth, set up a relaxation day.

If students don't have that much work, they can choose to set up a relaxation day for one or two weeks. For example, when I have fewer courses. I will completely relax for a day at the weekend, leaving the pressure of study and the trivial things of life behind me. On this day, you can sleep until you wake up naturally. After getting up, you can stay in the dormitory to watch a movie or a drama, eat fried chicken and drink milk tea, regardless of calories. This really clears up your days. It also allows me to return blood quickly and have the energy to invest in next week's task.

Sharing these is some of the life rules that I follow in college at present. At present, this is my favorite mode of college life, that is, I like to study alone, read alone, watch alone, and live a quiet life ~

Of course, what suits you is the best. I hope everyone can find their favorite pace of college life. College is full, happy and satisfied every day ~
