1) Xi University of Technology is a provincial-level public university located in Xi, Shaanxi Province. It is an engineering university jointly established by Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education, State Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense and China Ordnance Industry Group Corporation. Its predecessor was renamed from the original Xi University of Technology. According to the project owner, the advantages of Xi University of Technology are basically concentrated in the subordinate disciplines and majors of engineering, especially in machinery, automation, materials, measurement and control, national defense, weapons and other related majors.
2) Heilongjiang University is a provincial public university located in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province. It is a comprehensive university jointly established by the Education Department of Heilongjiang Province, the Ministry of Education and the National Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense. Its predecessor was a university renamed after the merger of Harbin Foreign Studies Institute, Philosophy Institute of Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology, Harbin Foreign Studies Institute, Beet Institute of China Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Heilongjiang Education Magazine and Heilongjiang Institute of Water Conservancy. Judging from the merged universities, the strong majors of Heilongjiang University mainly focus on science, engineering, philosophy, law, literature and management.

1) Xi university of technology * * * has five disciplines shortlisted: 1 B, 2 C+, 1 C, 1 C; The disciplines are relatively concentrated, all of which are engineering.
2) Heilongjiang University has 19 disciplines * * *: 1 A-level, 1 B+-level, 4 B- level, 1 B-level, 2 C+-level, 4 C- level and 6 C- level; The distribution of disciplines is relatively uniform, in philosophy, economics, repetition, literature, mechanics, engineering and management.
Therefore, Heilongjiang University is superior to Xi Polytechnic University in the quantity and quality of the short-listed disciplines.
