1) excellent engineer training project

The training program for outstanding engineers majoring in computer science and technology is the first batch of "excellent programs" selected by the Ministry of Education. Since the establishment of 20 1 1, the Ministry of Education has implemented the training plan for outstanding engineers and explored new methods and new ideas for engineering education. Combined with the advantages of this major and the talent demand of social employers, the training scheme is formulated separately, the teaching methods are improved, and a new mechanism for joint training of talents between universities and industrial enterprises is established. In the third academic year of the project, students are selected from major computer classes and organized independently. The training mode of individual teaching and enterprise practice in training base is adopted. More than 200 outstanding computer application talents have been trained, with an annual employment rate of 100%, and most of them are in first-tier cities such as Beishangguang.

2) Aerospace experimental class project

In order to meet the demand for high-quality software development talents in the field of space satellite applications, Nanchang University and Aerospace Star Technology Co., Ltd. jointly established an aerospace experimental class on 20 13. Aerospace experimental class adopts "3+ 1" talent training mode. In the third semester of junior year, he studied the theory course of enterprise customization, and in the fourth year, he entered the enterprise internship and completed the graduation project. In personnel training, we should pay more attention to the development of technology and the change of teaching content, pay attention to practical teaching, increase the proportion of experimental courses, and enhance students' practical ability through experimental courses, so that students can better participate in the actual projects of the company and grow rapidly after entering the company from school. The training goal of the experimental class is to face the forefront of software technology, cultivate high-quality, practical and compound senior talents to meet the development needs of emerging software industries, and systematically master the basic theory and application knowledge of information system engineering. Up to now, it has been held for 7 consecutive sessions, which has delivered more than 200 outstanding graduates for aerospace companies. They have become the backbone, team leader and excellent employees of the company, undertaking the work of completing various businesses.
