The occupations (jobs) identified above are all professional names, including technicians and senior technicians set in the National Occupational Classification Ceremony (20 15 Edition). Third, the reporting conditions

(1) technical personnel reporting conditions

Have one of the following conditions can declare technician qualification examination:

1. After obtaining the vocational qualification certificate of senior worker in this occupation or related occupation (type of work), one of the following conditions is met: (1) Having worked in this occupation or related occupation (type of work) for more than 4 years (inclusive); (2) Graduated from a senior technical school, technician college, secondary vocational school or related major, and engaged in this occupation or related occupation (post) for more than 3 years (inclusive); Or a technician college graduate who has obtained the certificate of preparatory technician in this occupation or related occupation (type of work) and has worked in this occupation or related occupation (type of work) for more than 2 years (inclusive); (3) Having worked in this occupation or related occupations (types of work) for 15 years, and having obtained the senior work certificate for 2 years.

3. Engineering and technical personnel who have been engaged in this occupation or related occupations (jobs) for 5 years continuously in the production line and have obtained the qualifications of relevant professional and technical positions at or above the assistant division level.

4. Persons who are allowed to participate in the assessment and reward of technicians in accordance with the relevant national vocational skills competition measures and the "Administrative Measures for Vocational Skills Competition of Shanxi Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security".

5. Those who have won the third prize of provincial-level technological innovation, technological invention or provincial-level scientific and technological progress in this occupation (type of work) and have relevant certificates.

(2) Application conditions for senior technicians

Those who meet one of the following conditions can apply for the qualification evaluation of senior technicians:

1. Having obtained the certificate of technician in this occupation or related occupation (type of work), he has worked in this occupation or related occupation (type of work) for more than 3 years (inclusive), has the ability to impart skills and training, and guide the skill operation of senior workers and above, and has made remarkable achievements in technical transformation, technical research, process improvement, solving production technical problems and applying advanced technologies in this occupation (type of work).

2. Engineering and technical personnel who have obtained the qualification of intermediate relevant professional and technical positions, have been engaged in the professional work for 5 years in the production line of enterprises, and have a high level of professional theoretical knowledge and comprehensive operation skills or superb skills.

3. Persons who are allowed to participate in the evaluation and reward of senior technicians in accordance with the relevant national vocational skills competition measures and the "Administrative Measures for Vocational Skills Competition of Shanxi Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security".

4. Those who have won the second prize of provincial-level technological innovation, technological invention or provincial-level scientific and technological progress in this occupation (type of work) and hold relevant certificates.

Iv. evaluation contents and procedures

(A) the evaluation content

The qualification evaluation of technicians and senior technicians includes theoretical knowledge, operational skills and comprehensive evaluation.

1, theoretical knowledge test: take a closed-book written test.

2. Operation skill assessment: field operation, case analysis and simulation are adopted.

3. Comprehensive evaluation: including job performance evaluation, technical defense and expert committee evaluation.

(1) Performance evaluation: Participants submit written materials, and the evaluation team evaluates their performance according to the written materials. Enterprises that have carried out independent evaluation of skilled personnel can form an evaluation team to evaluate the performance of their own personnel.

The reporting technician shall submit a summary of technical work in the past five years, including professional level, work attitude, product quality, solving technical problems and technological innovation, safe production, self-study, honor and participation in competitions, etc.

Apply for senior technician and submit technical work summary and technical papers in the past three years. The technical paper mainly focuses on the technical problems and technical innovation topics solved in the production work in the past three years.

(2) Technical defense: The jury made an oral defense on the technical work summary and technical papers of the contestants.

(3) Expert Committee Review: The Provincial Technician Review Committee will organize experts to conduct a comprehensive review of the performance and technical defense of the contestants.
