Xiangxing College of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine is located in Changsha City, Hunan Province. It is a full-time undergraduate independent college approved by the Ministry of Education and the Hunan Provincial People's Government. It is a secondary college of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine.

Xiangxing College of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine is a full-time undergraduate independent college established by Hunan University of Chinese Medicine according to the new mechanism and mode. Xiangxing College has developed into an independent college of traditional Chinese medicine with strong comprehensive strength. There are two campuses in Dong Tang and Xiangyin. Dong Tang Campus is located atNo. 1 13 Shaoshan Middle Road, Yuhua District, Changsha City, Hunan Province.

Xiangyin Campus is located at No.66, Xiangyin Section, Furong North Road, Xiangyin County, Yueyang City, Hunan Province, and enjoys the faculty and resources of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine. The total area of the two campuses is about 853 mu, and the campus construction area is about 230,000 square meters. There are 9 departments, 2 hospitals and 14 clinical teaching hospital. There are 3 undergraduate majors 13, with 5,334 full-time students and 24 faculty members 124, including 89 full-time teachers.

In April 2023, official website showed that the school opened 13 enrollment major, covering four disciplines: medicine, science, management and engineering. In 2006, Hunan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine was renamed Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the college was renamed Xiangxing College of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the main school. In 2022, Xiangyin Campus of Xiangxing College of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine was put into use.

Teaching achievements:

According to the school official website, in April, 2023, the school participated in the National Huangdi Neijing Knowledge Competition, the National Huangqi Cup Challenge, the National Traditional Health Games in Chinese Medicine Colleges, and the National Environmental Protection Knowledge Competition for College Students.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Innovation Academic Paper Competition, innovative topics for college students and scientific and technological innovation competition won more than 200 national, provincial first, second and third prizes. In 2002, Hunan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine established Xiangxing College of Hunan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine according to the new mechanism and mode.
