Article 6 What are the registration procedures for minors?

(1) Students who minor in the minor must first submit a written application to the academic affairs office of the school, and attach a copy of their ID card and a recent one-inch photo of 1. Article 7 Teaching management of minor major?

(a) minor students must complete compulsory credits and elective credits in accordance with the minor teaching plan formulated by the school. ?

(2) The semester arrangement of minor major is consistent with that of full-time undergraduate students in our school. ?

(3) The teaching of minor courses is carried out according to the syllabus of the undergraduate course of the school, and the teaching materials designated by the school are used. ?

(4) The study is conducted by combining face-to-face instruction with self-study, and the face-to-face instruction course is arranged by the Academic Affairs Office. When there is a conflict between the major and minor courses, take part in the major and minor courses and ask for leave from the minor course teacher according to the course schedule. ?

(5) In the first week of each semester, the Academic Affairs Office announces the current assessment course. Students choose their own courses in this period according to the arrangement of the Academic Affairs Office and their own specific conditions, and pay fees to the Finance Department before the end of the fourth week and register the selected courses with the Academic Affairs Office for management. Once a course is selected, it cannot be changed. ?

(6) In the second week after the start of each semester, the Academic Affairs Office will organize a unified examination of the minor courses of last semester, and the examination results will be announced one month after the end of the examination. ?

(8) if you cheat in the course exam, you will be disqualified as a minor; All students in school, except for the cancellation of their minor qualifications, will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Curriculum Assessment of Southwest University of Political Science and Law; Those who fail the exam must retake the course. ?

Article 8 Management of minors' school status?

(1) After a student has obtained the minor qualification, if the average score of the compulsory course for the first major is lower than 75, or if the test results of any course are unqualified, the school will give a "yellow card" warning to cancel the minor. If there are two (including two) "yellow card" warnings, the qualification of minors will be cancelled. ?

(2) Credits obtained from minor majors can be used as any elective credits of this major. ?

(3) Students who have completed the required credits and passed the examination within 4 years after obtaining the qualification of minors will be awarded the certificate of minors by the school. (4) Students who have obtained the minor professional certificate, completed the minor professional graduation thesis and obtained the first bachelor's degree shall be awarded the minor professional bachelor's degree certificate with the approval of the academic degrees committee of the school. ?

(5) If the required credits are not completed within 4 years, the minor status will be cancelled, and the school can issue a minor certificate that has minored in qualified courses. ? Article 9 What is the minor fee?
