Don't worry about this. The results of college exams are only the prerequisite for you to get a diploma or a degree certificate. Hospitals or units will not use this as a benchmark for hiring medical staff. Generally, they will refer to some certificates you have taken, such as nurse qualification certificate, doctor qualification certificate, pharmacist qualification certificate and so on. Some units will also organize special examinations for written examination or interview reference.
