I. Number of students enrolled
In 2023, our school plans to recruit about 2,600 graduate students of all kinds, and the number of students to be enrolled in colleges (departments) and majors listed in the professional catalogue includes the number of students to be recommended for exemption. The number of students enrolled in each major examination and the number of students enrolled without examination are for reference only, and the admission stage can be adjusted according to the number of plans officially issued by the Ministry of Education, the actual number of students enrolled without examination, the situation of students and the examination results.
For details of the enrollment major and the number of students to be enrolled in our school in 2023, please refer to the enrollment major catalogue. Students admitted to our school in 2023 can get the first-class scholarship for freshmen after entering school.
Second, learning style.
Graduate students enrolled in our school in 2023 are divided into full-time graduate students and part-time graduate students according to their learning methods. Full-time graduate students study full-time in school within the prescribed study period. Part-time graduate students study intensively in summer for the professional degree of master of education and part-time for the master of public administration within the study period stipulated by the school. In 2023, part-time graduate students in our school will only recruit students with the admission category of "directed employment", and graduate students with directed employment (full-time and part-time) will not arrange accommodation.
Third, the application conditions
1. People's Republic of China (PRC) citizen.
2. Support the leadership of the China * * * production party, have good moral character and abide by the law.
3. The physical health status conforms to the physical examination requirements of the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities.
4. The academic level of candidates must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (including undergraduate graduates of adult higher education held by ordinary universities, adult universities and ordinary universities), self-study exams and online education can graduate at that time. Candidates must obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma or the Certificate of Foreign Academic Degree Certification issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education before entering the school in that year, otherwise the admission qualification will be invalid.
(2) Persons with a nationally recognized undergraduate degree.
(3) Those who have obtained the diploma of higher vocational colleges recognized by the state for two years (from graduation to the date of admission in 2023) and above, as well as undergraduate graduates who hold the diploma recognized by the state, apply for the exam with the same academic ability as undergraduate graduates.
Candidates who apply for the same academic qualifications as undergraduate graduates must submit the original graduation certificate and the original articles published in academic journals (not limited to disciplines) or the undergraduate (6 or above) qualified transcripts issued by the academic affairs department of the school for further study (or study).
(4) Persons who have obtained a master's or doctoral degree.

The graduate students must provide the proof that the school agrees to apply for the exam before registration, and go through the formalities of dropping out of the original school before enrollment.
(2) Active servicemen applying for a master's degree shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the relevant military departments.
5. Persons who sign up for the entrance examination for graduate students with legal (illegal) professional degrees must meet the following conditions:
(1) meets the requirements in the registration conditions 1, 2, 3 and 4.
(2) The major studied before entering the examination is non-law major (graduates of law major [code: 030 1], graduates of law major at junior college level and graduates of self-taught formal law major are not allowed to enter the examination).
6. Persons who sign up for the entrance examination for graduate students of law (law) should meet the following conditions:
(1) meets the requirements in the registration conditions 1, 2, 3 and 4.
(2) The major you studied before entering the examination is law (only graduates of law major [code: 030 1], law graduates at junior college level, law graduates in the form of self-study examination, and those who have obtained the second bachelor's degree in law can enter the examination).
7. Those who sign up for the postgraduate entrance examination of public administration, tourism management and master of education management must meet the following conditions:
(1) meets the requirements of 1, 2,3.
(2) Persons who have worked for more than 3 years after graduating from university; Or obtain a diploma or bachelor's degree from a higher vocational college recognized by the state, reach the equivalent of a bachelor's degree and have more than 5 years of work experience; Or a person with more than 2 years of work experience after obtaining a master's degree or a doctoral degree.
8. Candidates who sign up for individual exams:
(1) Application conditions:
① Meet the requirements of 1, 2, 3.
(2) After obtaining a bachelor's degree recognized by the state, he has worked continuously for more than 4 years, and his business is excellent. He has published research papers (technical reports) or has become the backbone of his business. After being recommended by two experts with senior professional and technical titles and agreed by the unit where the candidates work, he returns to the original unit for directional employment; Or work for more than 2 years after obtaining a master's degree or a doctor's degree, and the business is excellent. With the consent of the candidate's unit and the recommendation of two experts with senior professional titles, they will return to the original unit for targeted employment.
(2) The enrollment quota is 5.
(3) All candidates who apply for separate examinations in our school must choose the registration point of "Capital Normal University", and it is invalid to choose other registration points.
(4) Only the majors marked as "candidates who can sign up for individual examinations" in the 2023 master's degree enrollment professional catalogue of our school can apply for individual examinations.
(5) Candidates who take separate exams in our school will take the retest results separately. Single-recruit candidates and other unified-recruit candidates who have obtained the re-examination qualification will participate in the re-examination of related majors, and the school will select the best candidates according to the results of the initial examination and re-examination.
(6) When confirming online, you must submit the certificate that your unit agrees to apply for the exam and two letters of recommendation from experts with senior professional and technical titles, otherwise you will not be registered for confirmation.
9. Candidates who apply for the special postgraduate enrollment plan of "Retired College Soldiers" should be college students who have retired from active service and meet the requirements for postgraduate enrollment [college students refer to full-time graduates (including vocational colleges), graduate students, students and freshmen with second bachelor's degrees, and graduates (previous) enrolled by adult colleges (vocational colleges). Candidates should choose to fill in the special plan for retired college students' soldiers when registering, and fill in the enrollment information before enlistment and relevant information such as enlistment and retirement as required. In 2023, our school plans to recruit 6 retired college students (subject to the plan issued by the Ministry of Education).
Fourth, registration
Candidates should carefully read the application conditions of our school before registering, and then register online after confirming that they are in full compliance. Online registration information must be true and accurate. If you can't take the exam, retest or admission due to incorrect or untrue information in the online newspaper, the consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves. The qualification examination will be conducted in the second interview stage.
1. Registration includes two stages: online registration and online confirmation, which are indispensable. Browse the application instructions, register according to the online announcement requirements of the Ministry of Education, provincial education entrance examination management institutions, registration points and enrollment units, and check and confirm the online registration information with my valid resident ID card, academic degree certificate (fresh undergraduate graduates hold student ID cards registered every semester), online registration number and other materials within the specified time. During the online registration, candidates can modify the online registration information or fill in the registration information again, but one candidate can only keep one valid registration information. If no supplementary report is made within the time limit, the registration information shall not be modified.
A certificate issued by the door agreeing to apply for the exam. Servicemen applying for doctoral students shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the General Political Department of the People's Liberation Army of China.
Third, the form of study, academic system and tuition.
The study mode of doctoral students in our school is full time. At present, the basic educational system is three years. If graduation is postponed, no accommodation will be provided during the extension period.
Each doctoral student is equipped with a tutor team composed of tutors in multi-disciplinary fields, and candidates apply as a "tutor group". According to the actual situation of the school tutor, the second interview will arrange for teachers and students to choose from each other, and the tutor can be finally determined after the admission. At that time, there may be a situation in which the tutor is transferred. If the candidate does not obey the instructor's instructions, he cannot be admitted, and the responsibility shall be borne by the candidate himself.
The tuition fee for doctoral students is 10000 yuan per student per academic year. In order to encourage graduate students to study hard, devote themselves to scientific research, be brave in innovation and be proactive, our school has set up national scholarships, academic scholarships and national grants for graduate students to better support graduate students to successfully complete their studies.
Fourth, registration
Registration procedures include online registration, payment and submission of materials. Completing the registration procedures within the specified time is regarded as successful registration, and it will not be accepted after the deadline. After the registration materials are reviewed, the list of candidates will be notified in the online registration system.

Note: If candidates register repeatedly, our school will only keep one valid registration record closest to the deadline of online newspaper, and other registration records will not be recognized, and our school will no longer check with candidates separately.
