1. Applicants for the national postgraduate entrance examination must meet the following conditions:
(1) China citizen.
(2) Support the leadership of China * * * Production Party, have good moral character and abide by the law.
(3) Physical health meets the physical examination requirements stipulated by the state and our school.
(4) The academic level of candidates must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (including undergraduate graduates of adult higher education organized by ordinary institutions of higher learning and adult institutions of higher learning) and fresh graduates of self-study exams and online education. Candidates must obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma or a foreign academic degree certificate issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education before entering the school in the current year (subject to the date of school registration), otherwise the admission qualification will be invalid.
(2) Persons with a nationally recognized undergraduate degree.
(3) Those who have obtained the college diploma of higher vocational colleges recognized by the state for two years (from graduation to the date of admission in the current year, the same below) and those who have obtained the college diploma recognized by the state, shall sign up for the examination with the same academic ability as the undergraduate graduates. Candidates who apply for our school with the same academic level must publish at least one academic paper (as the first author or the second author) related to the major they apply for in the national core journals.
A person who has obtained a master's or doctoral degree.
Our school does not allow graduate students to have two or more student status at the same time. Graduate students must obtain the consent of the training unit before registering, and pass the re-examination. They must drop out of the training unit in order to obtain the admission qualification of our school.
2. Those who sign up for the entrance examination for master of laws should meet the following conditions:
(1) meets the requirements of (1) Article 1 of the application conditions.
(2) Candidates who apply for the Master of Laws (Illegal Studies) must be non-law majors before applying for the exam (graduates of undergraduate law majors in ordinary colleges and universities [code: 030 1], graduates of junior college law majors and graduates of self-taught law majors are not allowed to apply for the exam).
Candidates who apply for the Master of Laws (Law) must be law majors before applying (only graduates of law majors [code: 030 1] in the undergraduate professional catalogue of ordinary colleges and universities, law graduates at the junior college level, law graduates in the form of self-study exams, and those who have obtained the second bachelor of laws degree can apply).
3. Those who sign up for the entrance examination for MBA, Master of Management and Master of Engineering Management shall meet the following conditions:
(1) meets the requirements of (1)-(3) in Article 1 of the application conditions.
(2) Persons who have worked for more than 3 years after graduating from university; Or obtain a diploma or bachelor's degree from a higher vocational college recognized by the state, and meet the requirements of the above bachelor's degree and have more than 5 years of work experience; Or a person with more than 2 years of work experience after obtaining a master's degree or a doctoral degree.
At the same time, the MBA graduate enrollment policy is implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Further Standardizing MBA Graduate Education (Teaching and Research [2065438+06] No.2).

4. Those who sign up for the entrance examination for postgraduate students other than Master of Laws (Illegal Studies), Master of Laws (Law), Master of Business Administration, Master of Public Administration and Master of Engineering Management must meet the requirements in Article 1 of (1) Registration Conditions and the special instructions in our school's enrollment professional catalogue.
5. For the special application requirements of individual professional degree categories, such as MBA, EMBA, MEM, MFA and MLA, please pay attention to the application requirements of relevant departments.
