Yanda University is divided into two campuses, the North Campus and the South Campus. The south campus is only for accommodation, and there is no teaching area. Most (seemingly) colleges will live in the south campus for one or two years (I heard that some freshmen live in the north campus, unknown), and then move to the north campus. The north and south campuses are not particularly far apart, and it takes about half an hour to walk. Generally, students from southern schools have to take the school bus 109, 50 cents to attend classes in northern schools. Many people say that crowding 109 is annoying, but I feel that it is a new chapter in the university, and other universities may not have this experience.

The south campus is close to Binzhou Medical College and Yantai University College of Arts and Sciences (now it seems to be called Yantai Institute of Technology? ) Next to each other, they are all on the same street. You can study by yourself across schools during the exam week (Binhai Medical College has many girls, literature and classics). The dormitory in the south campus is ok as a whole, with private bathrooms and balconies, no air conditioning fans, and a large temperature difference between day and night.
