Guilin University of Electronic Technology is one of the four largest universities in China, located in Guilin, Guangxi. It is an institution of higher learning jointly established by the central government (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) and the local government (Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region), that is, a university established by the provincial government.
