Recently, a female college student of Hunan Nanhua University posted on the Internet that in an experimental exam held by the school, the invigilator's male teacher forced several female students to expose their private parts to take the exam. The examination items are directly determined by male teacher Siu Wah Yuk as chest examination and palpation of inguinal lymph nodes, and all girls are required to take naked examinations, otherwise the examination results will be zero. Take it off or hang it up. After the incident was exposed, the school transferred Siu Wah Yuk from his teaching post, and gave him probation and a heavier administrative record. Afterwards, some media reported that these girls were all nursing students in the school. As laymen, of course, we don't know whether it is necessary for nursing majors to take the experimental exam and take off their clothes, but as students, there will definitely be resistance, and the school can't be unaware of it. Even if the experimental exam needs to be undressed, the school should arrange a female teacher to supervise it, so that female students will have less resistance to the invigilator's "naked exam" and will not have any impulsive thoughts. However, the problem is that the school has arranged for male teachers to invigilate, and the examination subjects are decided by the teachers themselves, forcing girls to take naked exams, otherwise the scores will be zero. Is this necessary for the exam or does the male teacher want to make other plans? As a layman, we really can't understand whether the school has considered these unreasonable factors beforehand and why it has arranged for a male teacher to supervise the work.
A naked woman standing in front of a male teacher may be quite pleasing to the eye for the male teacher. But for these girls, it is miserable, not to mention the teacher has extended his "salty pig hand" to these girls. Although these poor girls have been humiliated, they can only choose to endure it, and choose to vomit their bitterness in the form of QQ and Weibo afterwards. I believe that under such circumstances, all the girls who took the exam on the spot were naked.
University teachers openly molested girls and openly said that they would get zero if they didn't take off the exam. In this way, the naked examination seems to be legalized, but when the matter was disclosed by the media, the school showed a "very serious" attitude towards this matter, and also set up an investigation team to make a decision on the punishment of transferring the teachers involved and staying in the party for inspection. Obviously, this decision is only a helpless move to deal with the media, otherwise, the handling will not be so understated.
According to the laws of China, compulsory molestation of women should be punished by criminal law. The practice of teachers forcibly touching girls' breasts is obviously an obscene act against women and should be punished by criminal law. However, in the decision to deal with the teacher, the school involved simply handled it by transferring from the post and did not expel the party. The result is obviously unfair. This has to make the public think about whether the school is willing to be a shelter for the wicked. It is difficult to convince the public to replace the law with transferring from their posts, recording serious administrative demerits and staying in the party for observation. How can the society and the public not be full of doubts about such a person who violates the teacher's ethics or even the criminal law, not to mention the entanglement of the victimized girls.
