College entrance examination generally refers to the entrance examination for higher education. There are three forms: college entrance examination, self-study examination and adult college entrance examination. College entrance examination is the qualification standard for candidates to choose and enter universities, and it is also one of the national education examinations.
The college entrance examination is organized and dispatched by the Ministry of Education. The Ministry of Education or the provincial examination institutes (examination bureaus) that implement independent propositions will conduct the examination on June 7th and 8th, 20 14 (June 7th, June 8th and June 9th in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong and Hainan provinces).
The results of the college entrance examination directly affect the level of the university you can enter. The core premise of being admitted to a university is to achieve excellent results in the college entrance examination. Before 20 16 years, NMET's English score decreased year by year: 20 15 years, English score was 120, and correspondingly, Chinese score would increase to180; 20 16 English score 100 (national examination), the Chinese score was raised to 200.
On September 4, 20 14, the pilot program of comprehensive reform of college entrance examination was announced: arts and sciences are no longer divided into subjects. Starting from 20 15, the college entrance examination will cancel six bonus items, such as sports specialty students and Olympic Games.
