Close to the level of native English speakers
Fully capable of using English, appropriate, accurate, fluent and fully understand the language.
8 points excellent level
Very fluent, basically no mistakes.
Can use English freely, but there are sporadic mistakes or improper words. Misunderstandings may occur in unfamiliar contexts, and you can grasp the arguments in complex details quite well.
7 points, good level.
Fluent, accurate, and occasionally make mistakes.
Able to use English effectively, although occasionally inaccurate, inappropriate and misunderstood. Generally, I can master complex English well and understand detailed reasoning.
6 points qualified level
Be able to use English fluently
Generally speaking, I can use English effectively. Although there are inaccuracies, inappropriateness and misunderstandings, I can use and understand more complicated English, especially in familiar contexts.
5 points basic level
Basic English level, able to communicate daily.
Can use English partially, and can understand the general idea in most cases. Although mistakes are often made, basic communication can still be handled in the fields often involved.
4 points limited level
There are many mistakes, but I can express the basic meaning.
I have a basic understanding only when I am familiar with it, and I often have problems in understanding and expression, so I won't use complicated English.
Three-point finite level
Simple communication is possible.
In the extremely familiar situation, only general communication can be carried out, and communication obstacles often appear.

Master simple phrases
Unless in a familiar context, the most basic information can only be expressed by isolated words or short sentences, and effective communication cannot be achieved. It is difficult to understand or understand English.
