Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 In order to effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates and standardize the enrollment behavior of schools, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant provisions of the enrollment documents of national and provincial (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) education authorities, and in combination with the specific enrollment situation of Canvard College of Beijing Technology and Business University.

Article 2 Schools should follow the principle of "fairness, justice, openness and merit-based" in recruiting students, and select outstanding talents.

Article 3 These Articles of Association are applicable to the enrollment of ordinary undergraduate students in schools, and are subject to the supervision of higher authorities, discipline inspection and supervision departments, news media, candidates, parents and all sectors of society.

Article 5 The school is a full-time undergraduate institution of higher learning approved by the Ministry of Education in May 2004. Located in Beijing Sub-center, the core area of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration, three kilometers away from Beijing Municipal Government. The school has more than 4,000 students and 26 undergraduate majors, covering six disciplines: economy, management, art, literature and science and engineering, forming a professional structure system with business as the mainstay and business as the combination.

Chapter III Organizational Structure

Article 6 A school shall set up an Admissions Committee composed of school leaders and the Admissions Office, which shall be fully responsible for formulating enrollment policies, determining enrollment plans by province, organizing enrollment publicity, admission and other matters.

Chapter IV Enrollment Major

Article 8 In 2020, we will recruit accounting, finance, financial technology, financial management, international business, auditing, financial engineering, investment, photography, radio and television director, performance, visual communication design, digital media art, etc. 13. All majors are set from the domestic direction (obtaining the domestic undergraduate diploma after graduation in 4 years) and the training direction of undergraduate and master's degrees in stages (obtaining the domestic undergraduate and foreign master's diplomas after graduation). The school charges tuition for 4 years, once a year; During the period of studying abroad, you need to pay the fees of foreign institutions separately. Students choose their own majors after entering school.

Article 9 Students may also choose not to participate in the Sino-foreign joint training program of the school. The domestic training direction includes employment and domestic postgraduate entrance examination, and all majors are combined with vocational qualification certificates.

Tenth elective subjects require that all majors in our school have no elective subjects, and all candidates can apply for the exam.

Chapter V Enrollment Plan

Article 11 The Admissions Committee shall, according to the enrollment plan of full-time colleges and universities uniformly issued by the Ministry of Education, formulate the enrollment source plan of the school by province and specialty, and announce it to the public through the departments in charge of enrollment examinations of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).

Chapter VI Admission Conditions and Rules

Article 12 The school's requirements for candidates' physical conditions are based on the Guiding Opinions on the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities jointly issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on the Cancellation of Hepatitis B Detection in the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities (Church [2010] No.2). After the entrance examination, those who do not meet the requirements or are found to have cheated will be disqualified.

Thirteenth schools recognize the relevant policies of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government to add points, and make enrollment and professional arrangements according to the file scores after adding points.

Article 14 The specific admission methods are as follows:

1. The school strictly follows the enrollment methods of ordinary colleges and universities issued by various provinces.

2. General major: Take the principle of "giving priority to scores and following the will" to accept applications.

3. Art majors: Candidates who have obtained the school-related art majors' school examination certificates will be selected according to the school-related art majors' school examination results after the scores of the college entrance examination culture courses reach the local art majors' undergraduate admission control scores; For the provinces or majors that have not organized the school entrance examination, when they are admitted to each province, they will be selected according to the results of the provincial-level unified examination (joint examination). The final admission rules are subject to the announcement of the provincial (district) examination institutes.

4. For art majors who use the test results of our school, candidates who pass the school exam are given priority; When the admission plan is not completed, first use the provincial-level unified (joint) examination results of similar majors to select the best candidates; If the plan has not yet been completed, other undergraduate colleges and universities will be recognized as qualified scores in the same major, and they will be selected according to the results of cultural courses.

5. Admission of former students and new students shall be treated equally, and the relevant regulations of the province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government) shall be implemented, and the ratio of male to female students shall not be restricted.

Fifteenth Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei candidates do not mail the notice uniformly after admission, and notify the candidates and parents to collect the notice and register at the school at the first time through the publicity of the undergraduate enrollment network of the school or by telephone or text message. The issuance and registration procedures of foreign candidates' notices refer to the policies of various provinces and cities. Freshmen can go through online procedures such as choosing dormitory in advance during the admission period.

Article 17 In 2020, all candidates will be admitted to dormitories, with 4 people, independent toilets, wireless network coverage, air conditioners, water heaters, etc. School students can choose their own dormitory online.
