In 2022, after the short-listed students of "Excellent Talents Program" obtained the exemption qualification recommended by undergraduate colleges and universities, they can directly obtain the proposed admission qualification by filling in the subject/specialty/category consistent with the comprehensive assessment in the "National Information Disclosure and Management Service System for Recommended Excellent Undergraduate Graduates to Study for Postgraduates without Examination" (referred to as "Exemption Service System") of the Ministry of Education, and the assessment results of summer camp can be recognized as the re-examination results of students without examination. During the postgraduate study, priority can be given to applying for a master's degree or a long-term academic system to transfer to a doctor's degree and enjoy the scientific research and innovation fund. After the master's degree or long-term academic system is converted to doctoral status, a doctoral freshman scholarship of 20 thousand yuan can be obtained. Under the same conditions, priority can be given to "TRP" elite scientist program, "GTP" international innovative talent program and "TEP" leading engineer program. Students who are short-listed in the "Outstanding Talents Program" have not obtained the recommended exemption qualification, they should first apply for the subject/major/category consistent with the comprehensive evaluation, and complete the registration in the "National Postgraduate Entrance Examination Online Registration Platform" before 10 and 15, and submit the qualification confirmation materials (National Postgraduate Entrance Examination Online Registration Information Form) and the academic ranking certificate issued by the school containing three academic years' achievements. After examination and approval by the college, if there is no objection to the publicity of the list, it will be confirmed as a special postgraduate candidate for the "Excellent Talents Program", and the special postgraduate candidates for the "Excellent Talents Program" can enjoy the preferential policies of the "Excellent Talents Program" according to the regulations of the college. During the postgraduate study, under the same conditions, priority can be given to applying for a master's degree or a long-term academic system to transfer to a doctor's degree and enjoy the scientific research and innovation fund.
