University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, referred to as "University of Electronic Science and Technology of China", is located in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. It is a university directly under People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Ministry of Education. It is jointly built by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Sichuan Province and Chengdu. The mental health education center is located in the mental health office on the fifth floor of a teaching building.
