All the test papers provided this semester are kept, sent and received by the Academic Affairs Office of each opening college. Each college should prepare test papers at least two days before the exam, and arrange special personnel and venues to send and receive test papers.
The invigilator sent by our college will come to our office to collect the test paper 30 minutes before the exam. The examination of public * * * courses will be conducted in the same way as before, and the invigilator who ranks first in the final exam invigilation schedule will pick up the papers at the departure school 30 minutes before the examination.
Introduction to examination management:
This semester, the school continued to implement the examination qualification confirmation system for candidates, and the Academic Affairs Office made a unified admission ticket. In the sixteenth week, each student's college went to the Academic Affairs Office to get the admission ticket. Each college will check the students' payment and course selection again to confirm whether they meet the examination qualifications, and issue admission tickets to students who meet the examination qualifications before 65438+February 26.
Starting from the seventeenth week, students will take the final exam (exam) with their "ID card or student ID card" and "admission ticket". The invigilator must confirm the student's "admission ticket, ID card or student ID card" before the exam. If he is not a class student in the course he studied, but a repeat student, a deferred candidate or a cross-grade student, the candidate must also produce a Repeat Certificate and an Application for Deferred Examination before taking the final exam.
Students who study across grades (majors) must also apply for taking the final exam through cross-grade (majors) study. Students who return to school after graduation can take the exam with the certificate of resumption fee issued by the financial department and their ID card. Those with incomplete documents are not allowed to take various exams.
The preliminary examination subjects and the qualification confirmation of candidates shall be reviewed by each college according to the list of paying students issued by the financial department. Students who fail the exam will have invalid exam results.
