The most important thing is that the treatment of graduate students in the Chinese Academy of Sciences system is much higher than that in colleges and universities. Even though the most famous in the field of microelectronics are the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Fudan University (this is the opinion of a teacher of Chengdu University of Electronic Technology), the Chinese Academy of Sciences has many research institutes in microelectronics, and its strength is relatively scattered. Semiconductors and Microsystems are engaged in microelectronics. Research, and generally graduate students of the Chinese Academy of Sciences have to study for a doctorate. Fudan University's microelectronics has long been famous and has great social influence. At the same time, there is the only national key laboratory of integrated circuit design in China, but the salary of graduate students is much lower than that of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and now it is usually several hundred dollars a month. Therefore, Institute of Microelectronics of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Fudan University have their own advantages and disadvantages, depending on the landlord's choice. It is not recommended to engage in microelectronics other than system microelectronics of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
