Kunming University of Science and Technology was founded in 1954. After more than 60 years' development, it has now developed into a comprehensive university with industry as the mainstay, combining science with engineering, distinctive industry and regional characteristics, and coordinated development of economy, management, philosophy, law, literature, art, medicine, agriculture and education. It is a key university with the largest scale, complete school levels and categories in Yunnan Province, and a national non-ferrous metal university.
Kunming University of Science and Technology was approved by the State Council Academic Degree Office in 2003 and became the fifth batch of MBA pilot institutions in China. Enrollment began in April 2004, and passed the qualification evaluation of the State Council Academic Degree Office in 2009. Apply for qualification
1. People's Republic of China (PRC) citizen.
2. Support the leadership of the China * * * production party, have good moral character and abide by the law.
3. Physical health status meets the physical examination requirements stipulated by the state and the admissions unit.
4. Persons with more than 3 years' working experience after graduating from university; Or obtain a diploma or bachelor's degree from a higher vocational college recognized by the state, reach the equivalent of a bachelor's degree and have more than 5 years of work experience; Or a person who has obtained a master's degree or doctoral degree and has more than 2 years of work experience.
Candidates with the same academic ability who apply for MBA will not take the exam.
Number and category of registered students
The number of students to be enrolled is 200 (part-time students only).
In principle, part-time graduate students recruit on-the-job targeted employment personnel.
Cultivation mode
The academic system is 2 years and the study period is 2-5 years.
Tuition: 30000 yuan/student/year.
Classroom model
Weekend classes: classes are held on weekends;
Centralized class:
January shift: once a month, 3-4 days each time;
February class: once every two months, 7-9 days;
March shift: once every three months, each time about 15 days;
Remarks: The number of concentrated classes and the number of days of concentrated classes are subject to the course arrangement.
Initial examination and second examination
Preliminary subjects: English II (total score 100), comprehensive ability of management joint examination 199 (total score 200, including mathematics 75, logic 60 and writing 65).
Initial test time: 65438+late February. The specific time and place shall be subject to the admission ticket.
Re-examination subjects: comprehensive interview, written test of political theory.
