Chapter I General Principles

Article 1 In order to thoroughly implement the "Sunshine Project" of enrollment, ensure the smooth enrollment of schools, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the majority of candidates and schools, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other laws and regulations, combined with the actual enrollment work of our school.

Article 2 Yibin College is a provincial public full-time undergraduate college in Sichuan Province, located in Yibin City, Sichuan Province, the first city in the Yangtze River. The main campus is located at No.8 Jiusheng Road, Cuiping District, Yibin City (postcode: 644000), and the new campus is located at No.5, Section 3, University Town Road, Lingang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Yibin City (postcode: 644005). The competent department is the Education Department of Sichuan Province, and the national standard code is 1064 1. The academic system is four years for undergraduate students and three years for junior college students.

Article 3. Students who have completed the required courses and credits within the specified number of years and meet the graduation requirements will be awarded the "Graduation Certificate of Ordinary Colleges and Universities" electronically registered by the Ministry of Education; Those who meet the conditions for granting a bachelor's degree shall be awarded a "bachelor's degree certificate". The school that issued the certificate is Yibin College.

Chapter II Organizational Structure

Article 4 A school shall set up an enrollment committee composed of school leaders and heads of relevant functional departments, which shall be responsible for implementing the national enrollment policy, formulating relevant regulations on school enrollment, and studying and deciding on major issues in enrollment work.

Article 5 The Student Affairs Office is the permanent organization of the school to organize and implement the full-time enrollment work of the college.

Article 6 The school enrollment supervision team is responsible for supervising the implementation of enrollment policies and regulations, accepting relevant reports in enrollment, and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the majority of candidates and schools.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan

Article 7 According to the enrollment plan approved by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education, the school shall formulate enrollment plans for various majors in combination with the needs of economic and social development, school development plans, school conditions, employment situation of graduates and students' sources in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), which shall be examined and approved by the school enrollment leading group and implemented after being reported to the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education.

Eighth schools in accordance with the provisions of the higher authorities to draw up a reservation plan, the use of the reservation plan should be through collective research, arrangements for the use of more students, good quality provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government).

Chapter IV Access Rules

Ninth strictly implement the national enrollment policy and discipline, implement the principles of fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, and implement comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission.

Article 10 Requirements for the ratio of male to female: There is no limit to the ratio of male to female students.

Eleventh general professional admission rules

2. Strictly implement the principle of giving priority to scores (regardless of professional grades), and take the results of investment as the main basis for admission and professional arrangement, and select the best candidates under the same circumstances.

Article 12 Admission rules for arts and sports majors

1. Professional scores shall be subject to professional examination results organized by provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). Only candidates whose professional and cultural achievements are on the provincial control line will be admitted, and the best candidates will be admitted.

2. Fine arts majors (sorted by professional category) are selected from high to low according to their professional achievements, and those with the same professional achievements are selected from high to low according to their cultural achievements.

3. Musicology, music performance, dance performance and other majors are selected from high to low according to their professional achievements. When their professional achievements are the same, they are selected from high to low according to their cultural achievements.

4. Music performance major: Vocal music only recruits ethnic and bel canto candidates, while instrumental music only recruits piano, bamboo flute, accordion, guzheng, violin and erhu candidates.

5, physical education (including undergraduate, junior college), social sports guidance and management and other majors, according to the professional performance from high to low, when the professional performance is the same, according to the cultural performance from high to low.

6, radio and television director major according to the cultural achievements from high to low merit, when the cultural achievements are the same, according to the professional achievements from high to low merit.

Article 13 Language requirements: English and Japanese majors are limited to candidates who have passed the oral English test. Other professional foreign languages are not limited.

Fourteenth candidates' physical conditions should meet the requirements of the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities and related supplementary provisions jointly issued by the Ministry of Education, the former Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation.

Chapter V Charging Standards and Others

Article 15 According to state regulations, students must pay tuition and accommodation fees. The school collects relevant fees in accordance with the Notice of Sichuan Provincial Price Bureau, Sichuan Provincial Department of Finance and Sichuan Provincial Department of Education on Implementing the pilot reform of credit system fees in colleges and universities in our province (Sichuan Price Fee [2004] 1 18).

Article 16 In order to ensure that students from poor families can successfully complete their studies, our school has formed a complete and diversified funding system with awards, assistance, loans, diligence and compensation as the main components. Students with particularly difficult family economy can relieve their financial pressure and successfully complete their studies by applying for student loans from students' places of origin and work-study programs. Article 17 After the new students enter the school, the school will conduct a comprehensive review. Those who fail the re-examination or practise fraud will be dealt with according to different situations until their admission qualification is cancelled.

Article 18 The school has not authorized or entrusted any intermediary agency to enroll students.

Article 20 The Articles of Association shall apply to the enrollment of Yibin University in 2020, and the Student Affairs Office of the school shall be responsible for the interpretation. The Articles of Association shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
