(3) Students who are unable to register at school on time for some reason should apply to the school or department for extension of registration in time and provide the necessary supporting materials. The extension of registration is limited to two weeks, with the approval of the department within three days and the approval of the academic affairs office within four to two weeks. After approval, the applicant may postpone the registration. Those who fail to apply, the application is not approved or the registration is not made after approval, except for justified reasons such as force majeure, are deemed to have dropped out of school automatically. (four) students with financial difficulties in the family may suspend their registration after handling the loan and other procedures in accordance with the relevant provisions. Students who have suspended their registration can take relevant courses this semester, and the courses and grades will be valid after formal registration. Students who suspend their registration should pay the registration fee within one week after obtaining the student loan. Those who fail to apply for loans according to regulations or fail to pay tuition fees in time after obtaining loans are deemed to have dropped out of school automatically.

(four) students who do not go through the formalities of resumption of schooling within two weeks after the expiration of the suspension period are deemed to have dropped out of school automatically.
