Liu Zhimin graduated from Wuhan University majoring in photography. During the cascade development of Qingjiang River Basin, he immediately realized his responsibility as a cultural worker. He has visited Enshi in western Hubei for more than 20 times, with a journey of nearly 30,000 miles, taking more than 20,000 photos, preserving a lot of precious historical materials and taking a number of photos reflecting Tujia customs and beautiful natural scenery.
