First of all, all our freshmen went to the mobilization meeting. More than 2000 students from all grades gathered on the playground. Everyone is dressed neatly and full of energy. This is a spectacular scene. Looking back on yesterday, we were still children who didn't grow up in the eyes of our parents. Today, we are gathered under this bright five-star red flag to witness the solemn mobilization meeting and will soon be baptized by military training. Organized by school leaders and teachers, the mobilization meeting was a complete success.
After the mobilization meeting, we were led to the small basketball court by the instructor and started training. The first content of our training today is to stand in the military posture. Under the scorching sun, we soon sweated and our backs ached. After a while, we were all in pain. Only then did I understand that military training is really not a simple matter, but a matter of tempering people's will. In the afternoon, the instructor took us to practice marching and urgent marching. Although it sounds not difficult, it is not easy to do it well. In this way, we trained until about 6 pm. After dinner, we reviewed today's training content for a while.
After a day of training and a quick wash, I dragged myself to bed. I thought I would fall asleep soon after training today, but I didn't expect to lie awake in bed with a lot of thoughts. I suddenly realized that military training in colleges and universities is completely different from before. Military training in childhood is a game, military training in teenagers is exercise, and military training in universities is the real military training.
In the remaining days, I will devote more enthusiasm to military training, do not complain, do not give up, strictly carry out orders, and seriously abide by discipline.
