The college adheres to the concept of opening up schools and pays attention to domestic and foreign exchanges. Co-sponsored the international conference on crisis management with the European Association for Crisis Response and Management Information Systems for three consecutive years. As a platform, we have maintained good cooperative relations with experts from the crisis research institute of Tilburg University in the Netherlands, the comprehensive disaster response demonstration center in San Diego, USA, the Global Disaster Early Warning and Coordination Center of the European Commission, the World Health Organization's Action Team on Epidemic Early Warning and Response, the the State Council Emergency Center, Tsinghua University, Peking University, China and other departments. The college has also signed joint school-running agreements or maintained close cooperation with more than 20 foreign universities, including the University of Canberra in Australia, the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom, the National University of Singapore and Kagawa University in Japan.
The college has excellent learning environment and advanced teaching methods. It has a modern demonstration experimental teaching center in Heilongjiang Province-economic management experimental center, multimedia classroom and case discussion room, as well as an information center with rich professional books, advanced facilities and excellent reading environment.
