Healthy public welfare alliance was founded by the School of Health Management of Shanghai Joint Venture University, the School of Public Welfare Innovation and the Shanghai Shuangping Charity Foundation. The initial purpose of the alliance is to respond to the Outline of Healthy China 2030 Plan and Healthy China Action Plan (20 19-2030), realize the overall goal of national health, and at the same time promote the development of public welfare undertakings, spread public welfare culture, build a public welfare platform, and practice social responsibility and service.

Healthy public welfare alliance has a secretariat with/kloc-0 secretaries-general and several deputy secretaries-general. Specifically responsible for the overall coordination and daily management of various affairs of the alliance. At the same time, the Secretary-General of the Alliance is also the director of the Health Education Volunteer Service Guidance Center, and is responsible for managing its "Health Education Volunteer Service Station" and "Health Education Volunteer Service Team". Shanghai Xieshen United Enterprise University School of Health Management is responsible for the business guidance of health education volunteers and service stations, Shanghai Xieshen United Enterprise University Public Welfare Innovation College and Shanghai Shuangping Charity Foundation are responsible for the business guidance of health education volunteer service teams.

Every year, Healthy public welfare alliance holds the Health Care Plan and the 3+4+365 Health Education Public Welfare Tour. At the end of the year, excellent community health education volunteer service stations and excellent health education volunteers will be held and publicized in the mainstream media.
