What were the universities of emperors and governors in the Western Zhou Dynasty?
In the Western Zhou Dynasty, the universities of emperors and governors were different in scale and grade. Tian Zi's universities are large in scale and complicated in structure, including "five studies": Bi Yong, Cheng Jun, Shang Yao, Xu Dong and Zhe Zong. The university established by the governor is small in scale, and it is halfway near the water, which is called "Pangong".
