"Excellent * * * Communist Youth League member" is an honorary title, which is usually awarded to * * * Communist Youth League members who have outstanding performance and outstanding work achievements and can take the lead. "Excellent Communist Youth League members" must meet certain evaluation conditions and have established standards for comprehensive evaluation. According to the Constitution of the Communist Youth League of China, the league organization shall reward the members who have performed their duties in an exemplary manner and made remarkable achievements in socialist modernization and defending the motherland. Awards are divided into: notification and commendation, and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, provincial, municipal (prefectural), county-level youth league committees and grassroots youth league committees awarded the title of outstanding league members.
