Henan University of Technology, located in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, is a university jointly established by the People's Government of Henan Province and the State Grain Bureau. It is a key university in Henan Province, an excellent university in undergraduate teaching evaluation of the Ministry of Education, and an institution that receives scholarships from the China Municipal Government for overseas students. Selected into the 20 1 1 plan, the national new engineering research and practice project, and the basic capacity building project of universities in the central and western regions.
