What's for dessert?

1, Qifeng cake: fruit, cream, embryo, various combinations.

We will probably make: chubby cups, taro beibei, cake rolls and cake boxes.

Subdivision: strawberry mango Oreo fat cup, cake rolls of various flavors, strawberry mango Oreo cake box.

In fact, these products have no special technical requirements, as long as the cream is evenly squeezed and the fruit is well decorated, they are all ok!

2. Tiramisu: This is nothing special. Fix three flavors: strawberry, mango and original flavor.

We have also produced black forest, matcha and soybean milk, but it will increase customers' hesitation time, so we canceled these new flavors and only made three popular flavors. For example, on Mondays and Tuesdays when the purchase rate is low, we will choose to give up the mango flavor and only choose two kinds to reduce the loss. Tiramisu is cooked in the afternoon, then frozen overnight, cut into pieces the next morning and decorated with fresh fruit.

3. Thousand-layer owner: Everyone loves this and the public is familiar with it. We made these products: three-piece towel roll, thousand-layer cut, thousand-layer box and banji.

Breakdown: mango Melaleuca, strawberry Melaleuca, durian Melaleuca, durian Melaleuca box (we only have this one), durian Banji, mango Banji, strawberry Banji, so there are many patterns. Desserts that need to be frozen should be cooked first in the morning, so that the noodles will be more beautiful and complete after cutting.

The above is our current production menu. It takes a lot of preparation to produce quickly! Now everyone wants to be fresh, so our work schedule for the day is that the production of products in the morning will probably end between 1 1.30, and after lunch, we will start packing like thousands of pieces.

Start another round of work in the afternoon! It is hoarding goods! Like Melaleuca, you must fry Melaleuca skin, Qifeng embryo needs to bake a cake, and then the production of Tiramisu. If you want to sell your products well, you should make them unique, beautiful and innovative. Otherwise, without competitiveness, how can it be better than other stall owners? Yes!
