Harbin Guangsha University is located atNo. Xueyuan Road 1, Limin Development Zone, Songbei District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. The school was founded in 2000 and named as "Heilongjiang Guangsha University". In March 2003, with the approval of Heilongjiang provincial government, it cooperated with Harbin University of Commerce and changed its name to "Guangsha College of Harbin University of Commerce". In June 5438+10 in the same year, it was confirmed as an independent undergraduate college by the Ministry of Education.
