Only one. Hunan international economics university is a private university approved by the Ministry of Education. The school was founded by Hunan Falcon Industry Co., Ltd., 1997, formerly known as "Xiangnan University of Arts and Sciences".

1998 moved to Luguyuan, Yuelu District, Changsha, and changed its name to "hunan international economics university (to be established)"; Approved by Hunan Provincial People's Government in 2000, it was set up as a higher vocational college; Approved by the Ministry of Education and Hunan Provincial People's Government in 2005, it was upgraded to an undergraduate college. In 2009, the school passed the evaluation of the right to confer a bachelor's degree and obtained the right to confer a bachelor's degree. In the same year, the school joined the Lored International University Alliance.
