2065438+On April 23rd, 2009, eight provinces and cities, including Hebei, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Fujian, Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong and Chongqing, issued the implementation plan for the comprehensive reform of college entrance examination. Eight provinces and cities will try out the new mode of "3+ 1+2" college entrance examination, starting from the students of Grade One who entered school in the autumn of 20 18.

The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee deliberated and adopted the "Decision of the Central Committee on Several Major Issues in Comprehensively Deepening Reform", proposing to promote the reform of the examination enrollment system, exploring the relative separation of enrollment examinations, multiple choices for students' examinations, independent enrollment by schools according to law, organization and implementation by professional institutions, macro-management by the government, and social participation and supervision, so as to fundamentally solve the drawbacks of the one-time examination lifelong system.

Reform route

The contents of the road map for college entrance examination reform include:

First, the talent selection method of separating the general undergraduate entrance examination from the higher vocational education entrance examination is implemented;

Second, improve the high school academic examination and comprehensive quality evaluation, guide students to learn various courses well, and overcome the phenomenon of partial subjects in arts and sciences;

Third, some subjects will be tested for more than one year to reduce the pressure on students' college entrance examination;

The fourth is to improve the allocation method of college entrance examination enrollment quota, clean up and standardize the policy of extra points for further study, and maintain the fairness and justice of examination enrollment;
