1. The "National College Students' Innovative Experimental Plan" has special funds, which consist of funds from the Ministry of Education, school facilities, teachers' research funds or social donations. The amount of funding for each project is not less than 654.38 million yuan. The funds are managed by the school management office and strictly abide by the school financial management system.

2. After the declared project is approved by the school, the school will allocate 50% of the funded scientific research funds for the start and implementation of the project, and then allocate the remaining 50% after the mid-term inspection of the project is passed.

3. The funds are used independently by the project leader under the guidance of teachers, and are mainly used for research-related project expenditures, such as collection, inquiry, printing or copying of documents, collection and purchase of experimental materials and reagents, and necessary transportation expenses such as investigation and visit.
