The third way: the owner of the electric bicycle directly goes to the electric bicycle registration service network, submits the materials on the spot, submits the vehicle for inspection, and the staff examines the materials and verifies the vehicle. Those who meet the requirements receive and collect information, issue license plates in turn, and complete registration.
