The General Department is one of the four permanent institutions of the school student union, and it is the hub of internal communication of the student union.

The general affairs department is mainly responsible for organizing and coordinating the work of various departments of the student union, drafting and printing various student union documents. Make and distribute all kinds of student union activity awards, be responsible for updating and maintaining the student union website, regularly keep the minutes of student union meetings, and carry out student cadre training. At the same time, attendance, supervision, summary and assessment of the work of student union cadres, management of student union personnel files, collection, storage and borrowing of information. The liaison department is mainly responsible for the external and internal liaison of the student union.
