Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth enrollment, standardize the enrollment behavior and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the relevant enrollment regulations of the Ministry of Education and the enrollment policies of the relevant enrollment provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) faced by the school, and in combination with the actual situation of the school. Article 4 General situation of the school: the school was founded in 1983, passed the evaluation of undergraduate teaching level by the Ministry of Education in 2007 with "excellent" grade, and was approved as the first batch of authorized units of national audit master's degree in 201year, and as the authorized unit of master's degree (degree) in 201year. There are 37 undergraduate majors in the school, including 1 1 national first-class undergraduate majors, 18 provincial first-class undergraduate majors and 3 special majors of the Ministry of Education. Students who meet the graduation requirements of this major within the specified time shall be awarded the general undergraduate diploma; Students who meet the relevant provisions of the school's degree granting shall be awarded the bachelor's degree certificate of undergraduate graduates of ordinary colleges and universities. Approved by the Ministry of Education, the China-Australia cooperation project is a "3+ 1" mode for Nanjing Audit University and Curtin University in Australia to jointly train undergraduates. The basic academic system is four years. Students study in Nanjing Audit University in the first three years and go to Curtin University in Australia in the fourth year. Students who meet the graduation requirements will receive the undergraduate diploma from Nanjing Audit University. Students who meet the conditions for conferring degrees from the two universities will receive a bachelor's degree certificate from Nanjing Audit University and a bachelor's degree certificate from Curtin University in accounting and audit analysis. In 2020, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, Nanjing Audit University and SKEMA Business School of France jointly established the International Joint Audit College, a non-independent legal person Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run school, and adopted the "4+0" academic system to carry out undergraduate education. The head of the enrollment working group is appointed by the school. Article 9 The enrollment of schools shall be supervised by the superior departments, internal departments and third parties. The enrollment work of the school is subject to the supervision of the supervision department and the supervision of all sectors of society. Chapter III Enrollment Plan Article 10 The school conscientiously implements the central government's decision-making and deployment on promoting education equity, and reasonably determines the enrollment plan by province and specialty according to the requirements of the higher authorities, taking into account the needs of national economic and social development, school conditions, employment situation of graduates, student sources in various provinces and other factors. The enrollment plans by province and specialty shall be subject to those published by the competent departments of enrollment in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). Article 11 According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, the number of plans reserved by the school this year shall not exceed 1% of the total undergraduate enrollment plans of the school this year, which is mainly used to adjust the imbalance in the proportion of online students in the local unified examination, and postpone the admission strictly according to the high score to the low score. When the enrollment plan needs to be adjusted according to the situation of students, the school shall apply to the competent department of enrollment plan and the competent department of enrollment of relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and implement it after approval. Chapter IV Enrollment Rules Article 12 According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, the school comprehensively implements the "sunshine project" for college enrollment, and follows the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency", and comprehensively evaluates and selects the best candidates. The implementation of the school is responsible for the admission system, the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) under the supervision of the admissions department, according to the examination results of candidates and the announced enrollment plan, in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the enrollment. Candidates who meet the registration requirements stipulated by the Admissions Committee of the province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government) where the students are located may apply. Assessment method: Students must take the general college entrance examination organized by the whole province. Thirteenth schools strictly implement the Ministry of Education's "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities" and related regulations (physical examination and requirements for special majors). There is no requirement for the ratio of male to female when the school enrolls new students. Fourteenth schools should strictly follow the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) to implement preferential policies for extra points. The school recognizes that the admissions departments of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) comply with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education. Candidates who meet the requirements of the Ministry of Education for extra points will be adjusted according to the scores after extra points and participate in professional sorting. Fifteenth schools are classified according to arts and sciences, and the pilot provinces (cities) for comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination are enrolled according to the relevant provisions of the college entrance examination reform plan regardless of arts and sciences. The way to determine the majors that candidates enter the archives (excluding candidates from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region) is to follow the principle of "sorting by scores and following volunteers", that is, under the premise of sorting the scores from high to low, candidates are admitted in turn according to their professional volunteers, with clear scores and no professional grade difference. The professional adjustment admission of candidates in the pilot provinces (cities) of the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination can only be carried out in the professional group of the university where the candidates are located. 2. For Jiangsu candidates with the same scores, compare the candidates' total scores, math scores, Chinese scores, foreign language scores, first-choice subjects, and the highest scores of re-examination subjects in turn, and choose the best candidates from high to low, and arrange majors; If it is still the same, it will be decided whether to admit candidates and majors based on the candidates' academic level test scores, comprehensive quality evaluation and other indicators. For candidates from outside Jiangsu province with the same scores, the "same score ranking", the total scores of three subjects other than languages, mathematics scores, Chinese scores and foreign language scores provided by the candidates' provinces (cities) are compared in turn, and the majors are selected and arranged from high to low. 3. Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region implements the admission rule of "queuing up according to professional volunteers within the enrollment plan 1: 1". 4. Candidates in the pilot provinces (cities) of the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination must meet the requirements of the college entrance examination subjects reported by the provinces (cities) where the students are located. All subjects in the academic level qualification examination must pass. 5. After graduation, Xinjiang high school classes, Tibet high school classes and mainland ethnic minority preparatory classes will be transferred to undergraduate courses. And in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, the provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) where the students are located and the schools. Chapter V Other Article 18 Foreign Languages: English is a foreign language used by schools for professional teaching and training. In addition to foreign language and literature majors, students of other majors must accept the English course specified in the teaching plan and pass the examination of this course after entering the school. Candidates applying for Chinese-foreign cooperative education must have strong English ability to adapt to the English teaching environment. Article 19 The tuition fees for enrolling new students in schools shall be subject to the standards approved by the relevant departments of Jiangsu Province, and shall be charged according to the academic year (currency: RMB). Among them, the tuition fees of auditing, accounting, financial management and engineering management are 5720 yuan/year, mathematics and applied mathematics and statistics are 5500 yuan/year, data science and big data technology, computer science and technology and software engineering are 5800 yuan/year, and other majors are 5200 yuan/year. Engineering audit is a new major, and the tuition fee is to be determined. Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
Article 25 The Articles of Association shall be released to the public through the Sunshine College Entrance Examination Platform of the Ministry of Education. If there is any misunderstanding about the contents of the articles of association published by various media, the complete enrollment articles published by the school shall prevail.
Twenty-sixth schools in the past policies and regulations on enrollment are in conflict with the articles of association, the articles of association shall prevail, and the original policies and regulations shall be abolished immediately; When national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies at higher levels change, the changed provisions shall prevail.
Article 27 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Admissions Office of the Student Affairs Office of Nanjing Audit University.
