2. Application conditions
(1) Persons who sign up for the national postgraduate entrance examination shall meet the following conditions:
1. People's Republic of China (PRC) citizen.
2. Support the leadership of the China * * * production party, have good moral character and abide by the law.
3. Physical health meets the requirements of the state and our school.
4. The academic level of candidates must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (including undergraduate graduates of adult higher education held by ordinary universities, adult universities and ordinary universities) and undergraduates who can graduate through self-study exams and online education. Candidates must obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma or an academic degree certification certificate issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education before entering the school in that year, otherwise the admission qualification will be invalid.
(2) Persons with a nationally recognized undergraduate degree.
(3) Those who have obtained the diploma of higher vocational colleges recognized by the state for two years (from graduation to the date of admission in the current year, the same below) or above, as well as undergraduate graduates who have obtained the diploma recognized by the state, meet the specific academic requirements put forward by the training objectives of our school for candidates, and register for the examination as undergraduate graduates with equivalent academic qualifications.
Candidates who apply for undergraduate graduates with equivalent academic qualifications should provide the following materials to the Graduate Admissions Office of our school (hereinafter referred to as the "Research and Admissions Office") before registration: ① CET-4 score (above 425 points); 2 apply for more than 6 undergraduate transcripts; (3) About 5,000 words, which is equivalent to the level of undergraduate graduation thesis or the first author's paper published in a magazine. You can apply for the exam only after being approved by our school.
(4) Persons who have obtained a master's or doctoral degree.
Postgraduates must obtain the consent of the training unit before registering.
5. In principle, part-time graduate students in our school only recruit on-the-job directional employment personnel.
(2) Enrolling in the national postgraduate entrance examination for the following professional degrees shall be handled in accordance with the following provisions:
1. Those who sign up for the entrance examination for graduate students majoring in law (illegal) shall be non-law majors before entering the examination, except for meeting the conditions specified in the first paragraph above (graduates majoring in law in the undergraduate professional catalogue of ordinary colleges and universities [code: 030 1], graduates majoring in law at the junior college level and graduates majoring in law in the form of self-taught examination are not allowed to enter the examination).
2. Those who sign up for the entrance examination for master of law (law) should not only meet the requirements in the first paragraph above, but also apply for the law major before entering the examination (only for graduates of law major [code: 030 1] in the undergraduate professional catalogue of ordinary colleges and universities, graduates of law major at the junior college level, graduates of law major in the form of self-study examination and those who have obtained the second bachelor of law degree).
3. Those who sign up for the postgraduate examination of engineering management for business administration, public administration and engineering management [code: 12560 1] must meet the following conditions: they have worked for more than 3 years after graduating from university. Or obtain a diploma or bachelor's degree from a higher vocational college recognized by the state, meet the relevant academic requirements of our school, reach the equivalent of a bachelor's degree and have more than 5 years of work experience; Or a person with more than 2 years of work experience after obtaining a master's degree or a doctoral degree.
At the same time, the MBA graduate enrollment policy is implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Further Standardizing MBA Graduate Education (Teaching and Research [2065438+06] No.2).
(3) Separate examination
In order to adapt to the national development strategy, solve the country's major technical needs, and promote the cultivation of innovative talents, some majors in our school recruit graduate students who take separate examinations, and the admission learning method is part-time and the admission category is oriented employment.
In addition to meeting the requirements in Item 1, 2 and 3 of the above Article (1), candidates should also meet the following conditions: after obtaining a nationally recognized undergraduate degree, they have worked continuously for more than 4 years, have excellent business, have published research papers (technical reports) or have become the backbone of their business, and return to their original units for targeted employment with the consent of their units and the recommendation of two experts with senior professional titles; Or work for more than 2 years after obtaining a master's degree or a doctor's degree, and the business is excellent. With the consent of the candidate's unit and the recommendation of two experts with senior professional titles, they will return to the original unit for targeted employment.
Candidates are required to submit the following materials to the research and recruitment office of our school before registering online: ① the certificate that the unit agrees to register (signed by the person in charge of the unit and stamped with the official seal of the unit); Letter of recommendation from two experts with senior professional titles; (3) a copy of the candidate's ID card and diploma; (4) beijing university of chemical technology Individual Examination Registration Qualification Examination Form. Online registration can only be carried out after approval by our school.
(4) It is suggested to dispense with the test.
Candidates with the qualification of recommended exemption must log in to the "National Information Disclosure and Management Service System for Recommended Exemption of Postgraduates" (website: /tm) within the time specified by the state to fill in their volunteers and take part in the re-examination. Students who fail to implement the receiving unit according to the specified date will no longer retain the exemption qualification. Students who have been admitted by the admissions unit are not allowed to take the postgraduate examination of that year, otherwise their admission qualification will be cancelled.
Other personnel who meet the qualification conditions for studying for a master's degree without examination (such as having won the second class in the army) should log in to the "National Information Disclosure and Management Service System for Studying for a Master's Degree without Examination" within the registration time stipulated by the state.

Step 3 sign up for employment
Registration includes two stages: online registration and online confirmation. All candidates who take part in the postgraduate entrance examination must register online, confirm the online newspaper information and collect their own images and other related electronic information, and pay the registration fee according to the regulations.
(1) Online Registration
1. Online registration time is 20221October 5-10/October 25, from 9: 00 to 22: 00 every day. The online forecast is from September 24 to September 27, 2022, from 9: 00 to 22: 00 every day.
2. Candidates should log on to China Graduate Admissions Information Network (public website:, education website:, hereinafter referred to as "research recruitment network") within the specified time, and register according to the online announcement requirements of the Ministry of Education, provincial education entrance examination institutions, enrollment test sites and enrollment units. During the registration period, candidates can modify the online registration information or fill in the registration information again, but each candidate can only keep one valid registration information. 3. Candidates can only fill in one major of an enrollment unit when registering. After the initial test is over and the Ministry of Education announces the basic requirements for candidates to enter the re-examination, candidates can learn about our school's adjustment methods, planned balances and other information through the "Yan Zhaowang" adjustment service system, and independently fill in multiple adjustment volunteers according to relevant regulations.
4. Candidates should accurately fill in the rewards and punishments received, especially in the national education examinations such as the entrance examination for ordinary and adult colleges and universities, the national postgraduate entrance examination, and the self-study examination for higher education. Those who resort to deceit will be dealt with severely in accordance with the Measures for Handling Violations of National Education Examinations and the Interim Measures for Handling Violations of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities.
5. During the registration period, candidates' education (student status) information will be inquired online, and candidates can inquire the results of education (student status) online. Candidates can log on to the China Higher Education Student Information Network (website:) to inquire about their academic qualifications (student status) before or during registration. Candidates who fail to pass the online education (student status) verification should complete the education (student status) verification within the time specified by our school.
6. Candidates who meet the conditions stipulated in Article 50 of the National Regulations on Postgraduate Admissions in 2023 and apply for care policies must fill in relevant information as required when registering online, and truthfully fill in the identity of ethnic minorities and the targeted employment situation in ethnic areas. The registration point will conduct a preliminary examination of the qualifications of the relevant candidates, and our school will conduct a retest before the retest (including adjustment).
Candidates who meet the requirements stipulated in Article 59 of the Regulations on the Administration of National Postgraduate Admissions in 2023 and apply for the policy of extra points in the initial examination must fill in relevant information as required when registering online.
7. The enrollment of "High-level Talents Program for Ethnic Minorities" shall be subject to the information confirmed by the candidates at the time of registration.
8. Candidates who apply for the special postgraduate enrollment plan of "Retired College Soldiers" should be college students who have retired from active service and meet the requirements for postgraduate enrollment [college students refer to full-time graduates (including vocational colleges), graduate students, students and freshmen with second bachelor's degrees, and graduates (previous) enrolled by adult colleges (vocational colleges). Candidates should choose to fill in the special plan for retired college students' soldiers when registering, and fill in the enrollment information before enlistment and relevant information such as enlistment and retirement as required.
9. Disabled candidates who need our school to provide reasonable examination convenience services during the examination, please communicate with Beijing Education Examinations Institute and our school's research and recruitment office at the registration stage and make arrangements in advance.
10. Candidates should carefully understand and strictly follow the application conditions and relevant policy requirements to choose to fill in their volunteers and choose the application sites. If you do not meet the requirements of the application conditions and relevant policies, subsequent online confirmation, examination (including initial examination and retest) or admission cannot be carried out, and the consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves.

(2) Online confirmation
1. All candidates (excluding those who are exempt from the exam) should carefully check and confirm their online registration information on the Internet within the specified time according to the requirements of our school, and they will not be reissued after the deadline. Please refer to the relevant notice on the website of our graduate school for the specific requirements of online confirmation.
2. Candidates should actively cooperate with the staff at the registration point when confirming online. According to the needs of verification work, submit my resident ID card, academic degree certificate (fresh graduates hold student ID card) and online registration number as required, and the staff at the registration point will check it.
3. The registration information shall not be modified after being confirmed by the candidates, and all the consequences caused by the candidates' filling errors shall be borne by the candidates themselves.
4. Candidates should pay the registration fee according to the regulations, and cooperate with the collection of relevant electronic information such as their own images according to the regulations of the registration point.
5. If the registration information provided by the candidate does not match the application conditions, the examination will not be given.
(3) Candidates should log in to the "Research and Recruitment Network" with their online username and password about ten days before the exam, and download and print the Admission Ticket by themselves. The admission ticket is printed in A4 format with white paper, and the front and back sides shall not be altered or written during use. Candidates take the initial test and re-test with the downloaded and printed admission ticket and valid resident ID card.

(2) Second interview
1. The re-examination work plan will be published on "Research Recruitment Network" and the website of our graduate school before the re-examination.
2. During the second interview, our school will strictly examine the candidates' original registration materials and candidates' qualifications, such as resident ID card, academic certificate (subject to the information confirmed at the time of registration), verification results of academic qualifications (student status), student ID card, etc. Those who do not meet the conditions will not be re-examined. Candidates with questionable academic qualifications (student status) information should provide our school with a certificate issued by an authoritative organization at the latest before the re-examination.
3. The identity of minority candidates shall be subject to the ID card checked at the time of application, and shall not be changed at the time of re-examination.
4. Candidates who participate in the re-examination with the same academic qualifications must try at least two undergraduate courses related to the majors they apply for. The additional test subjects shall not be the same as the initial test subjects. The additional test method is written test. Candidates with the same academic qualifications who apply for master of law (illegal studies), master of business administration, master of public administration and master of engineering management may not take the examination. 5. The ideological and political theory examinations for master of accounting, master of business administration, master of public administration and master of engineering management are conducted in the second interview, and the results are included in the total score of the second interview.
6. The foreign language listening and speaking test is conducted in the second interview, organized by our school, and the results are included in the total score of the second interview.
7. Our school accepts all transferred candidates through the "National Master Enrollment Transfer Service System" (including those transferred from other units, those transferred from their own units, and those who apply for the transfer between the special plan of "Retired College Soldiers" and the general plan).
8. Ideological and political quality and moral evaluation. The investigation of ideological and political quality and moral character mainly focuses on the actual performance of candidates themselves, which should include candidates' political attitude, ideological performance, moral quality, law-abiding, honesty and trustworthiness. After the proposed admission list is confirmed, our school will send a letter to the candidate's unit to obtain personnel files (or file audit opinions) and my actual performance and other materials to comprehensively inspect his ideological, political and moral status. The written materials of the candidates' actual performance need to be sealed by the candidates' personal files or the personnel and political work departments of their units. Those who fail the ideological and moral assessment will not be admitted.
9. When our school thinks it is necessary, we can re-examine the candidates.
Step 5 have a physical examination
The physical examination is organized by our school after the candidates plan to be admitted. The physical examination is carried out according to the requirements of the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (J [2003] No.3) issued by the Ministry of Education, the former Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, and in accordance with the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Cancelling the Hepatitis B Test for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (Church [2010] No.2). Step 6 allow access
(a) our school according to the principle of "enrollment according to needs, comprehensive measurement, merit-based, quality but not quantity", according to the candidates' initial and re-examination results, ideological and political performance, physical and mental health, etc., determine the list of candidates to be admitted, and publicize it on the websites of our school and graduate school.
(B) Graduate employment is divided into two types: directed employment and non-directed employment. Graduate students with directional employment are employed according to directional contracts; Non-directional graduate students choose employment in both directions by themselves and the employer.
The personnel files and registered permanent residence of "directional employment" candidates will not be transferred to our school, and they will sign directional employment contracts with our school and the employer respectively before admission. Graduate students who apply for non-directional employment are admitted to directional employment, and the contents of the directional employment contract must be guaranteed to be true and accurate. Directional employment units shall be subject to the application submitted by candidates at the time of re-examination. Once submitted, it will not be changed. Candidates applying for a master's degree and problems arising from their work units shall be handled by the candidates themselves. Our school will not be responsible if the candidates cannot be re-examined or admitted because of this.
(3) In the admission stage, our school provides the function of modifying the contact information of candidates. Please check the notice on the website of our graduate school at that time. Candidates can update their address or contact information when registering. If the candidate's address or contact information is unknown, the consequences will be borne by the candidate himself.
(four) fresh graduates and self-study exams and online education candidates who can graduate at that time, who have not obtained the undergraduate diploma recognized by the state at the time of admission, have invalid admission qualifications.
7. Violation of discipline.
Candidates should consciously establish the awareness of obeying rules and disciplines and taking exams in good faith. During the initial examination, candidates should consciously abide by the "National Postgraduate Entrance Examination Rules" and the examination room discipline of each test center; During the re-examination, candidates should consciously abide by the examination rules of our school and the Letter of Commitment for Honesty Re-examination signed by the candidates themselves, and must not disclose or disseminate the contents of the re-examination questions before the end of the re-examination in our school.
Candidates who violate the rules and regulations in enrollment, examination, admission and other aspects will be dealt with severely by our school in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China and the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations (Order No.33 of the Ministry of Education) and other relevant laws and regulations. Those who practise fraud, no matter when they are verified, will be disqualified from the examination, admission or school status according to the relevant regulations, and the relevant consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves.
8. Length of schooling and years of study
(1) full-time graduate student
The academic system of Master of Laws (Law) and Master of Accounting (MPAcc) is 2 years, and the academic system of the rest full-time graduate students is 3 years, with a study period of 2-5 years (including suspension time).
(2) Part-time graduate students
Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Engineering Management (MEM) have a two-year academic system, while the rest of part-time graduate students have a three-year academic system with a study period of 2-5 years (including suspension time).
9. Accommodation, tuition and scholarship policies
(1) Accommodation
Our school will co-ordinate arrangements for full-time graduate students to live in Chaoyang Campus, Haidian Campus and Changping Campus respectively. For details, please refer to the website of our graduate school.

In order to reward and support graduate students to complete their studies better, qualified graduate students in the academic system can participate in national scholarships, principal scholarships, academic scholarships, social aid scholarships, etc. At the same time, schools, colleges and tutors set up posts of "teaching assistant", "management assistant" and "research assistant" for graduate students (collectively referred to as "three assistant posts"). (1) The number of candidates published in the professional catalogue of postgraduate enrollment in our school is for reference only. At that time, the number of candidates will be determined according to the enrollment plan issued by the Ministry of Education and the actual situation of each major.
(2) All graduate enrollment information in our school is subject to the publication of "Research Recruitment Network", the website of beijing university of chemical technology Graduate School and the official WeChat account of the Research Recruitment Office. Candidates should read the relevant notice carefully in time.
(3) Our school does not organize any form of postgraduate counseling and training, nor does it entrust any individual or institution to distribute postgraduate related materials. Candidates can report to our school or report directly to the police if they encounter fraudulent information such as illegal fake websites, WeChat, emails and telephone calls.
(4) Our school has done a good job in the prevention and control of epidemic situation in COVID-19 according to relevant national regulations. Changes in enrollment requirements caused by the epidemic will be announced through the website of the graduate school in time.
(5) If the Articles of Association are in conflict with the latest policies of the higher authorities, our school will follow the latest policies of the higher authorities.
