The Historical Evolution of the National Flag of Bangladesh
The original national flag, which is bounded by the territory of Bangladesh, was designed by the painter Quamrul Hassan and was first raised in Dhaka University on March 3rd, 197 1. On March 23rd, the national flag was first raised in front of President Ziaur Rahman's residence. Because the original flag of Bangladesh is reminiscent of the unpleasant division between East Pakistan and West Pakistan, and the map is upside down, this pattern was later deleted from the national flag.
